Purposes and retention

We use enquiry data to respond to requests and, where relevant, to prepare proposals. Enquiry records are typically retained for up to 24 months. Engagement records and claim materials are retained for the period stated in the statement of work or for as long as required by Vietnamese law and professional practice, then securely deleted or returned.

Legal bases

We process data to take steps at your request before a contract, to perform a contract, to meet legal obligations, and where appropriate on the basis of legitimate interests in operating a claims review practice securely.
