Brookbase Claims Review Co., Ltd. has worked with Vietnamese insurers and TPAs since 2014, reading claim files and preparing reserve and fraud-pattern commentary for committees that need calm evidence.
Registered name and origin
The official registered business name is Brookbase Claims Review Co., Ltd.. The practice was established in 2014 in Ho Chi Minh City after several of our founders spent years inside insurer claims departments and a regional TPA desk.
Early work focused on motor portfolios for carriers expanding beyond Ho Chi Minh City. Clients asked for independent readers who could explain reserve drift without rewriting the adjusting manual. That request still defines the firm: advisory review, not production adjusting.
How we work with clients
We agree a sample, protect confidentiality, and deliver memoranda and schedules in language finance, actuarial, and claims leaders can share. Visual exhibits appear when they clarify a cluster or trend; they never replace the file narrative.
Our office sits at 23 Nguyen Van Troi, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City, with secure remote reading when files cannot leave your premises.
