Reading methods

A transparent look at how we approach claim files, reserve schedules, and fraud-pattern exhibits—so your team knows what an engagement actually feels like.

Notebook and documents arranged for careful reading

1. Sample with intent

We agree strata with claims leadership—open versus closed, large versus typical, product lines that worry the committee—so the sample answers a real question.

2. Read in layers

Liability narrative first, then quantum evidence, then reserve history. Fraud indicators are noted when they appear, never forced into every file.

3. Hand back decisions

Schedules and memoranda are advisory. Your reserving committee books numbers; SIU decides referrals. We brief, then step back.

Visual exhibits without dashboard theatre

When patterns help—provider frequency, reserve drift by garage, claim timing around weather events—we prepare calm charts and annotated maps of clusters. Exhibits sit beside the narrative; they do not replace file citations.

Secure handling

Files stay in your controlled share or in our locked reading room at 23 Nguyen Van Troi, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City. We do not retain claim documents after engagement close unless a written retention rider says otherwise.

If this method matches how your team wants an outside reader to work, start with a Claims File Review enquiry or write via contact.
